Checking in at Alicante Airport (ALC)
Alicante Airport (ALC) or Elche as it is also being called is the sixth busiest airport in Spain based on passenger numbers. The new terminal was opened in 2011. The terminal has an area of 333,500 m2, which is more than six times the size of terminals 1 and 2 together. It is characterized by repetitive 36×36 meter dome element which makes it look stunning and spacious.
