Turkish Airlines’ first 787 takes off
Boeing delivered on 28 June the first 787-9 Dreamliner for Turkish Airlines, which plans to use on non-stop international routes.

Turkish Airlines closes Airbus and Boeing orders
Turkish Airlines announced on 9 March that, in order to ensure the need for wide-body aircraft, has decided to purchase 50 firm and 10 optional aircraft from both Airbus and Boeing.
